AllClean wishes to reassure our clients that our cleaning service remains open and operating in line with government guidelines.
Cleanliness in the home is of utmost importance and is even more vital during these times.
AllClean therefore remain open for business and our services are continuing to run whilst keeping your safety and that of our cleaners paramount at all times.
Please be assured that if a cleaner (or any of their household members) has any symptoms whatsoever prior to your clean you will be notified and your cleaner of course will not attend to do your clean.
Likewise if you as our client (or any of your household) have any symptoms at all we must please ask you to inform us and your cleaner immediately so we may instruct your cleaner not to attend.
We are not required to wear masks: however if you would feel more comfortable if your cleaner wears a mask when they need to be in the same room as you then please let them know and they will be happy to do so.
Many of our vulnerable clients tell us that they need us now more than ever, as they may not see family members and friends as often as they used to and their mood is often low because of this.
